Hello there! My name is Robyn Manaway, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, assessments, and evaluations. I have three years of experience working in the behavioral health setting, supporting individuals and families through a variety of challenges. I take a client-centered and compassionate approach, creating a safe and supportive space where each person feels understood and respected. My work focuses on helping clients manage emotional distress, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills to improve their overall well-being. With experience in assessments and evaluations, I am able to provide a comprehensive understanding of client needs and tailor services to meet them effectively. My ultimate goal is to walk alongside clients in their journey, empowering them to build resilience and create meaningful change in their lives. Outside of therapy, I value community engagement, outreach, and using creative outlets such as music to inspire healing and connection.
