Introduction

You may be the person everyone depends on, the one who keeps showing up even when you’re exhausted underneath it all. Maybe you’ve done therapy before, understand your patterns, and still feel like something hasn’t fully shifted. I’m Robyn Minefee, LPC, CPCS, and I’ve spent more than 10 years helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and body-centered because sometimes understanding why you feel the way you do isn’t enough. We also need to pay attention to what your body and nervous system have been carrying. My work integrates traditional psychotherapy with EMDR, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) when appropriate. I also provide preparation and integration support so that deeper therapeutic experiences can translate into meaningful change outside of the therapy room. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded. You don’t have to perform strength here, and you don’t have to be falling apart to deserve support. We can work toward a life that doesn’t just look manageable from the outside, but actually feels sustainable on the inside.
