I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Much of my work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps people understand the different emotional “parts” within themselves and develop greater self-awareness and emotional balance. I believe that many of our most difficult patterns began as ways of protecting ourselves, and therapy can help us relate to those patterns with understanding rather than judgment. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful change.
