Robyn is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with 21 years of experience in the mental health field. Currently studying at National University, Robyn specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Structural Therapy. With a diverse background, Robyn has worked with children, teens, adults, homeless individuals, survivors of domestic violence, and those impacted by incarceration. Robyn has honed key skills in active listening, assessment, motivational interviewing, and flexibility, all while creating a supportive, client-centered environment. Passionate about working with people in both traditional and non-traditional ways, Robyn finds it rewarding to help clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and parenting. Robyn enjoys working with children, teens, and adults and is especially committed to supporting the LGBTQI+ community. As an African American therapist, Robyn values inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, fostering a safe space for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
