Introduction

I’m a licensed psychotherapist, EMDR Approved Consultant, executive business coach, and group practice owner with private practices in Arizona and Utah. For over a decade, I’ve combined my passion for mental health, relationships, innovation, and entrepreneurship to help clients, clinicians, and business owners create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives and work. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients, people in ethically non-monogamous relationships, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking psychedelic integration therapy. My work is deeply informed by both clinical training and community involvement. My interest in relationship therapy began while studying at the Kinsey Institute, a renowned center for the study of sexuality and gender, and expanded through years of active organizing within queer and non-monogamous communities. I am EMDR certified, trained in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy, and utilize Ketamine Assisted Therapy in my practice. I also train and consult with other clinicians in these modalities and have a strong passion for supervision, mentorship, and professional development. I provide EMDR consultation for clinicians who have completed basic training and are pursuing certification, as well as Consultants in Training.
