Introduction

I provide individual therapy and counseling for men seeking support with anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I specialize in men’s mental health and working with men living with chronic illness, chronic pain, and long-term health conditions. My trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach helps clients navigate emotional overwhelm, grief, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Therapy sessions are supportive, practical, and tailored to each client’s goals, offering tools for coping, resilience, and ongoing mental health support. Services are available via telehealth. New clients are welcome.
