Introduction

I’m Robyne Drew, LPC, an intuitive, trauma-informed therapist committed to helping adults create real, sustainable change. I hold advanced certifications in trauma, attachment, somatic care, and integrative nutrition, allowing me to support the mind, body, and nervous system as a connected system. As a certified Reiki Master, I also offer energy-based healing for clients who are open to deeper integrative work. My clinical focus includes trauma recovery, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation, and attachment-based patterns. My style is direct, grounded, and compassionate. I provide structure, clarity, and honest feedback within a safe, consistent therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me is collaborative, active, and centered on meaningful progress—not passive conversations. I work best with individuals who are ready to engage fully, show up consistently, and participate in a process that supports long-term healing, regulation, and personal growth. Freya, my trained canine support companion, is an active part of the therapeutic space. Her calming presence helps clients regulate, ground, and feel safe during sessions. She is gentle and intuitive, providing emotional support that enhances the therapeutic process. How I Work My approach integrates: • Trauma-informed therapy • Somatic and nervous-system regulation • Attachment-based work • Mind-body integration • Holistic and nutritional awareness • Energy work (Reiki), for clients who are open to it This combination allows me to address the full spectrum of emotional, physiological, and energetic experiences involved in healing. I provide a structured, accountable therapeutic environment designed for clients who are ready to do the work, develop internal stability, and move forward with intention. What to Expect Working with me is a clear, structured, and collaborative process. Here’s what you can expect when you enter this space: Consistency and Stability Therapy is most effective when it’s regular and grounded. I maintain a predictable structure so sessions feel safe, focused, and steady. An Active, Engaged Approach I’m not a silent observer. I offer insight, direct feedback, and practical tools to help you understand your patterns and make meaningful changes. A Respectful, Boundaried Environment This is a confidential, protected therapeutic space. I uphold clear boundaries around attendance, communication, and privacy to support your progress and maintain the integrity of the work. Holistic and Integrative Support Depending on your needs, we may incorporate somatic work, nervous-system regulation strategies, attachment-focused exploration, and optional Reiki or energy-based interventions. Collaboration, Not Dependence You will be supported, but you will also be encouraged to take an active role in your healing. My goal is to help you build internal strength, clarity, and self-trust—not create reliance on the therapeutic relationship. A Focus on Real Progress Sessions are purposeful. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system while still working toward long-term stability, emotional regulation, and lasting change. WHO I WORK BEST WITH My practice is structured, grounded, and focused on meaningful, long-term growth. I work best with adults who: • Are ready to engage actively in therapy • Want a clear, consistent, and supportive structure • Are open to learning about their patterns and emotions • Participate regularly and value weekly sessions • Respect boundaries, policies, and the therapeutic process • Want to build emotional regulation and internal stability • Are committed to making changes that support long-term well-being I am not a crisis provider and do not work with clients who require on-call or emergency support, high-frequency contact outside of sessions, or intensive case management. This practice is best suited for individuals who are motivated, responsible, and ready to participate in their healing with clarity and intention.
