Introduction

Roderick A. Hampton II, LPC-S, LCPCSUP-PRI, ACS, NCC, I believe that every individual has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive when provided with the right support and guidance. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and founder of New Seasons Family Services, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, athletes, and professionals navigate life's challenges and reach their full potential. With over 15 years of experience in both mental health counseling and coaching, I bring a unique perspective to therapy that combines compassion, practical skill-building, and a strengths-based approach. I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, relationship concerns, life transitions, and performance-related stress. My experience as a coach has also fueled my passion for supporting athletes and high performers as they work to strengthen their mental wellness, confidence, and resilience both on and off the field. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we will identify your strengths, overcome barriers, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are facing a difficult season or striving to achieve personal growth, I am committed to helping you move forward with confidence and purpose. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a new season of life. https://www.newseasonsfs.com
