Introduction

I’m a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. I believe mental health wellness is crucial to overall health for all people and should not be stigmatized. I support adults, couples, and families dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, grief & loss, and other behavioral concerns. I use a person-centered approach, helping my clients identify and amplify their assets while building tools to navigate through life’s challenges and reach their personal goals. I customize my therapeutic approach based on each client’s needs and goals using a variety of techniques to help explore and process thoughts and feelings. I strive to create safe and welcoming spaces for all of my clients. Our work may be a bit tenuous at times, but growth requires finding and addressing challenges; my goal is to be your guide and make the journey as comfortable as possible by giving you the tools necessary to overcome your past and tackle your present and future head-on.
