For many years, I’ve had the privilege of working with persons interested in making sense of some of life’s most difficult challenges. As a therapist, I specialize in providing holistic, trauma-informed support in response to all forms of experienced sexual violence, creating safer healing spaces for persons wanting to better understand the impact of such difficult experiences. This often includes, but is not at all limited to, the impact on one’s personal wellness, emotional & mental health management, identity development, self-care strategies, interpersonal connection, & so much more. I utilize an intersectional, culturally inclusive approach that often includes Cognitive Behavioral & Psychodynamic techniques, as well as Somatic & Solution Focused therapeutic interventions. Additionally, I find it necessary to center the needs of those identifying as BIPOC in my therapeutic efforts, specifically Black Womxn. I understand that the process of finding “a right clinician” can be challenging. In response to this, I offer a 15 minute phone consult to see if this fit is right for you. I currently offer individual therapy services; I do not offer couples therapy services at this time. I look forward to hearing from you. ***Please note, I do not currently accept insurance. All services offered are private pay only. Additionally, due to the inconsistency of my office hours, the best way to contact me is via email communication.
