I believe nothing in life is a coincidence- the challenges we face shape us and reveal our strengths. With over 20 years in education and early childhood development, I create a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages feel seen and valued. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families, helping them explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and process trauma through evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. I blend creative tools like art, play, and bibliotherapy to make therapy accessible and engaging, whether addressing anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral concerns, or attachment issues. My goal is to enhance your self-awareness, build resilience, and support meaningful change. I work with individuals from toddlerhood through adulthood and accept most major insurance plans. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I'd love to get to know you and explore how we can work together toward the support you're seeking.
