Introduction

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, constant worry, overthinking, low energy, and physical symptoms (nausea, stomachaches, shortness of breath, headaches, etc.)? Is your mental health getting in the way of your daily functioning? If so, then I am here to help. My practice consists of looking at each individual from a holistic matter to better understand all the aspects that are causing distress to their lives. This often involves exploration of both mental and physical symptoms that are affecting their daily functioning. My goal is to help client’s learn the connection between their mind and body by exploring triggers, nutrition, sleep patterns, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, etc. I have successfully and collaboratively worked with many individuals and families in navigating through life’s challenges and I can help you too!
