You deserve better, and I can help you get to a place where you start to give yourself better. I am a trauma therapist at The Meadows, a world renowned inpatient treatment center, and also see clients in private practice. I have experience working with eating disorders, addictions, trauma, and PTSD, as well as various other issues. Some interventions that I am trained in and use are Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Post Induction Therapy (PIT). I also use other various approaches based on your needs.
