Hi, I’m Rosaria. I go by Sarah and use she/her pronouns. I’m a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, and I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a youth homeless shelter, outpatient community mental health, crisis intervention, and hospice care, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult and meaningful moments. Those experiences have shaped how I show up in this work - with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where nothing you’re carrying feels too big or too complicated to bring into the room. I’m especially passionate about working with people who are moving through change, loss, or uncertainty, and I strive to offer a space that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming to all, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach - moving at your pace and focusing on what feels most important to you. My work is informed by approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allow us to explore your story with curiosity, build self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll look at your experiences from different perspectives, gain clarity, and find ways to move forward that feel aligned with who you are.
