The most important part of therapy is the connection between therapist and client. I approach my clients with warmth, acceptance and safety ( and a little bit of humor). Finding the right fit can be a tiring process, so here are some client populations I have historically worked well with: - Adults wanting to do deeper work on developmental trauma. - Adults in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and people transitioning genders - Adults coping with effects of religious trauma - Adults coping with complex grief after the death of a loved one - Men struggling with emotional connection and emotional regulation - Adults who want to change. You can always book a consult and get a first impression, and then decide. I also enjoy working with other members of the helping professions, through therapy and consultation, who are struggling to maintain presence with clients.
