I'm a strengths-based, trauma-informed therapist with 15 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with children, teens and adults who have experienced acute and/or complex trauma, depression, anxiety and behavioral difficulties. I utilize traditional talk therapy as well as mindfulness, play and somatic exercises to utilize the mind-body connection and facilitate wellness and healing.
