Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC‑A) specializing in trauma‑informed, neuro‑affirming care for youth, adults, and families. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family stress, identity exploration, and life transitions, with a focus on helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered. My approach integrates evidence‑based practices—including DBT, TF‑CBT, IFS‑informed work, and strengths‑based family systems—while honoring each client’s pace, autonomy, and goals. I believe healing happens in relationships, and I strive to create a space where clients can show up authentically, explore what feels heavy, and build skills that support long‑term wellbeing. I have extensive experience in school‑based services, behavioral health, and family preservation, supporting clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Whether we’re working individually or with your family system, my goal is to help you feel supported, grounded, and capable of meaningful change. Outside of my clinical work, I find joy in time with my family and community, exploring the Pacific Northwest, diving into creative projects, enjoying good food, and collecting meaningful tattoos.
