Introduction

My name is Rosemary Shepard. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health professional, I began my journey in an effort to help families resolve conflict in 2017. In the past 2 years, I have gained experience in dealing with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, communication, and conflict resolution issues. I have been able to witness clients learn to deal with past trauma, relationships gains stability and learn how to effectively communicate, and teens learn how to regulate their emotions.
