Introduction

For over 15 years, I've specialized in evidence-based treatments for anxiety and related conditions including chronic worry, panic, social anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Whether you're experiencing relationship issues, work conflict, parenting challenges, or other issues, our sessions will be active and solution focused. I'm a true believer in cognitive-behavioral therapy and telehealth. I believe you can feel better and you can become more resilient, more confident, and independently able to manage your thoughts, feelings, & behaviors. I'm also the founder and CEO of Test Wolf. Test Wolf individual coaching is a unique approach to increasing scores on high-stakes exams by targeting test anxiety, building confidence, and improving execution/test strategy. We combine our deep knowledge of each specific test - format, item development, scoring - with our expertise in cognitive behavioral strategies, and we tailor our recommendations to every individual test taker. Test Wolf coaching has been a game changer for hundreds of students facing exams, including college & graduate entry (ACT, SAT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE), medical licensure (USMLE Step Exams & COMLEX) & Nursing (NCLEX), and state bar exams. Whether we're working together in individual therapy or coaching for your standardized exam, you can expect consistent, warm, and nonjudgmental support.
