Are you feeling anxious or depressed due to relational conflict (e.g., family members, spouse, co-workers, children, friends, etc.)? You don't need to face these challenges by yourself. You can learn techniques to help you manage your emotions and express yourself assertively. During the first session, I will listen to your concerns, and then we will create a treatment plan together with realistic goals and objectives. I do assign homework. which may consist of reading a book, or journaling, etc. Of course, you're not obligated to do homework, but you will get out of therapy what you put into it, and I believe you deserve to invest time in your personal growth to achieve balance and find joy in your life. I also provide LPC-S Supervision for LPC Associates.
