Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor of 20years dedicated to helping persons who are purpose-driven adults find peace, balance, and healing in the midst of life’s pressures. Many of the individuals I work with carry deep responsibilities—at home, at work, in ministry, and in their communities—and often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves despite seeming strong to others. My role is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can set down the expectations, explore your story, and learn practical tools to move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional stability. The majority of our clientele are individuals who are in the midst of a life transition with a history of trauma. All interventions are evidence-based and designed to assist you on your wellness journey. Programs also serve as aftercare for persons released from inpatient facilities for mental health and substance abuse treatment. You don’t have to face this alone. If life feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain, I’m here to help you find clarity, strength, and a path forward. Reach out today, and let’s begin your healing journey together.
