Introduction

I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) since 2003, specializing in trauma, mental health, and relationship issues. My approach draws from evidence-based methods including EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Gottman Method, tailored to each person's unique needs. As a Female Veteran and Practioner, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I understand how trauma, anxiety, and depression can feel isolating. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples move toward healing and stronger relationships. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults. I'm accepting new clients. I offer both in-person sessions in Oshkosh, WI and telehealth appointments. I accept several major insurance plans. If you're ready to take the next step toward meaningful change, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
