Life can present challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, traumatized, or stuck. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore the difficulties you are facing. I take a solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. I provide counseling services in both English and Spanish and offer in-person sessions as well as telehealth services for adults. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and parents seeking support through life's transitions and challenges. Because every individual and family is unique, I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to your specific needs. These include Imago Relationship Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Positive Parenting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic modalities designed to foster healing, growth, and resilience. As a first-generation immigrant and Navy veteran, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. My background in military service, child and adult protective services, foster care, adoption, and crisis intervention has provided me with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through complex and often difficult circumstances. I believe that people are doing the best they can with the resources and experiences available to them. Together, we can identify obstacles, strengthen your existing abilities, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals, values, and vision for your life. Whether you are seeking healing, personal growth, stronger relationships, or support during a challenging time, I am committed to helping you move toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
