My journey into the mental health field is rooted in a deep desire to uplift and empower others. I am a Registered Intern for Marriage and Family and Individual Counseling at Loving Life Today, and I hold dual Master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Barry University. Growing up in Miami, I witnessed firsthand the challenges many individuals and families—particularly within the Hispanic community and other underserved populations—face when it comes to mental health awareness and access to care. These early experiences shaped my commitment to educating, supporting, and normalizing conversations around emotional well-being. I believe that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a meaningful step toward healing, happiness, and overall wellness. In the therapy room, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel safe to openly express their thoughts and emotions. I value honest dialogue and see it as a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. My approach is grounded in validation, encouragement, and deep respect for each client’s unique story. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I work with individuals and couples to strengthen relationships and foster healthier communication. I am passionate about helping clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Outside of my professional work, I embrace life with curiosity and adventure. I enjoy traveling, exploring diverse cultures, and sampling cuisines from around the world. When I need to recharge, I find peace in the rhythm of ocean waves and often spend my weekends at the beach with loved ones.
