I bring nearly two decades of experience as a Victim Advocate with a District Attorney's Office to my counseling practice, giving me deep insight into trauma and its ripple effects. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the aftermath of trauma. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family/marital therapy techniques to help you build practical skills while processing what you've experienced. I'm committed to meeting you with genuine empathy and compassion as you move through your healing journey. I offer telehealth sessions and accept Aetna insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support you.
