I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, and relationship issues for both men and women, including men’s issues such as emotional suppression, anger, stress management, and work-related burnout, as well as women’s issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, people-pleasing, and relationship challenges. My work focuses on helping you reduce anxiety, improve mood, manage depression symptoms and heal from trauma.
