As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to keep up with daily responsibilities while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, or ongoing stress. I understand how exhausting that can be. I take time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and truly understand the full picture of what’s going on for you. My approach to care is collaborative and evidence-based. When medication is part of treatment, I prescribe thoughtfully and conservatively, with close follow-up and ongoing communication. I place a strong emphasis on education so you can understand your options and feel confident in the decisions we make together. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and recognize that each person’s experience with mental health is deeply personal. In addition to my clinical practice, I am passionate about continued learning and staying current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment. I truly believe in the potential for healing and growth, and I am honored to be part of each person’s journey toward better mental health. Offering in-person sessions at my Spencer and Charlton offices, as well as secure telehealth visits anywhere in Massachusetts. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on your real-life needs. Sometimes this involves medication, sometimes lifestyle changes, or both. You will always have a voice in your treatment plan.
