As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to manage daily responsibilities while quietly coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, or ongoing stress — and I understand how exhausting that can feel. I take the time to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and gain a clear understanding of the full picture so we can address what’s really going on and create a plan that supports you. My approach to care is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. When medication is part of the plan, I prescribe thoughtfully and conservatively, with close follow-up and open communication. I place a strong emphasis on education so you can understand your options and feel confident in the decisions we make together. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and recognize that each person’s experience with mental health is deeply personal. I’m committed to ongoing learning and staying current with the latest advancements in psychiatric care because I truly believe in the potential for healing and growth. I offer in-person appointments at my Spencer and Charlton offices, as well as secure telehealth visits throughout Massachusetts. My style is down-to-earth and focused on your real-life needs. Sometimes that includes medication, sometimes lifestyle changes, and often a combination of both — but you will always have a voice in your treatment plan.
