Introduction

I work to create a gentle space where we can make sense of your experiences through both personal and systemic lenses, release what was never yours to carry, and cultivate a gentler, more liberating relationship with yourself. I commonly work with people navigating burnout, ADHD, racial trauma, and expectations of children of immigrants. My approach integrates somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and liberation psychology within a warm, trauma-informed framework that honors your lived experience and how your nervous system has been shaped by the broader systems we survive under.
