Introduction

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, authentic space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, patterns, and possibilities for growth. I work collaboratively with individuals to clarify their goals and leverage their strengths to develop a meaningful and effective therapeutic relationship. With over 17 years in private practice, I’ve supported individuals facing depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, grief, divorce, BFRBs, eating disorders, self-harm, parenting concerns, and relationship struggles—always with a focus on insight and healing. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, with a focus on how early attachment experiences and internalized beliefs shape emotional responses and relationship patterns. In therapy, I help clients build insight, increase flexibility, and develop practical strategies grounded in their personal values and goals. Growth begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported. A strong therapeutic relationship creates the trust necessary for honest exploration, which is important for lasting change. I offer a compassionate space where clients feel truly seen, can make sense of their inner experiences, and move toward their goals with clarity and self-compassion.
