Welcome to my psychotherapy profile. My approach to therapy is to offer a non-judgmental, safe space to process and grow. I specialize in working with individuals going through life transitions, relationship challenges, those struggling with anxiety, depression, and those caring for loved ones with mental illness, dementia, and addiction. I have a special interest in personality disorders. My professional experience includes a variety of treatment methods, most frequently used: CBT, DBT, IFS and an Attachment-Based Approach. I have been in the counseling field since 2012. I integrate Buddhist ideas, various schools of philosophy and research-based therapies. Currently reading and digesting the following books: The Untethered Soul by Alan Singer and Unwinding Anxiety by Judson Brewer
