I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and my Master of Social Work degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. As a clinician, my goal is to support individuals throughout their mental health journey while helping them work toward meaningful personal goals through a compassionate, person-centered approach. My therapeutic style incorporates modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy.
