Introduction

Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, sleep problems, or substance use concerns. My goal is to make the process straightforward, collaborative, and effective so you can start feeling better as quickly as possible. I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy support for adolescents and adults across Utah. I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD-type symptoms, trauma-related conditions, sleep difficulties, and substance use disorders. I also provide medication-assisted treatment options when appropriate, including treatments for alcohol and opioid use disorders. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with practical therapy-informed strategies. I take time to understand your goals, explain treatment options clearly, and build a plan that fits your life—not just your diagnosis. Many clients appreciate having both medical expertise and supportive therapeutic guidance in one place. I accept most major Utah insurance plans as well as self-pay, and new patients are typically able to schedule within one to two weeks. If you’re looking for a provider who listens carefully, explains things clearly, and works with you toward meaningful progress, I’d be glad to help.
