Introduction

Helping Children & Families I bring the expertise of a pediatric psychologist, the perspective of a parent-focused clinician, and over a decade of experience helping children and families navigate complex challenges. I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I meet you where you are to develop meaningful, values-based goals and tailor treatment to your individual needs. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent Management Therapy (PMT), and Family Systems approaches. I specialize in pediatric feeding disorders and ARFID, early development, emotional regulation, behavior, and family functioning, with particular expertise in working with young children and their parents. I support families through common—and sometimes challenging—early childhood transitions, including changes in sleep routines, bedtime struggles, challenging mealtimes, and the development of healthy, sustainable daily routines. I also work with neurodivergent children and families and collaborate with schools, medical providers, and other members of a child's care team when helpful. I am an Attending Psychologist at Boston Children’s Hospital, Associate Program Director of the Growth and Nutrition Program, and Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Arizona, followed by internship and fellowship training at Boston Children’s Hospital specializing in pediatric psychology. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing. I believe that the strategies that work for one stage of life may not always work in the next. Therapy can provide a supportive space to understand what has changed, build new tools, and help your family move forward with greater confidence and connection from 'threenager' to teenager and beyond. Evening and weekend virtual appointments are available to accommodate busy family schedules. Please reach out for a free phone consultation to discuss your concerns and see if I may be the right fit for you or your family.
