Introduction

Hi, I’m Ryan. I work with men, fathers, children, teens, couples, and families navigating relationship strain, anxiety, burnout, career changes, and life transitions. You don’t need to know how to do therapy or arrive with an agenda. We’ll start with what matters to you and get curious about the expectations, roles, and relationship patterns shaping what’s happening now. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in technology and consulting. The hardest problems I encountered were often between people, and that experience informs my practical, relational approach. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other relational and experiential approaches, adapting our work to you. I see clients in person in San Clemente and by telehealth throughout California. I offer a free consultation to help you decide whether we’re a good fit. I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #155800), supervised by Rachel Daggett, LMFT #107858.
