My name is Ryan Field (she/her) and I offer a compassionate therapeutic space where growth and healing can take place. Through the therapeutic relationship, we give a voice to your internal experiences, identify coping strategies and build goals toward a greater sense of wholeness and self-actualization. My goal is to provide a safe space for those who haven’t had the opportunity to share their experiences, inner thoughts, emotions, or authentic self. I strive to create an inviting and affirming space where you can share yourself openly when addressing the impact of trauma, discrimination, marginalization, or feeling misunderstood. I am passionate about working with women, the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities as we explore identity, gender, race, culture, and the experiences that have shaped who you are. I also specialize in working with active and retired first responders and healthcare professionals to identify and manage burnout, secondary trauma and transitioning to retirement. Through a sociocultural and multicultural lens, I approach our work with curiosity and cultural humility, recognizing that you are the expert on your own lived experience. My goal is for you to feel that every part of who you are has a place in the therapy room and can be met with understanding, respect, and care.
