Hi, I’m Ryan. If you feel like your brain never takes a break — running through to-do lists, replaying conversations, overthinking everything, or lying awake at night unable to switch off — you are not alone. Many people I work with feel exhausted from holding it all together, frustrated by procrastination or distractions, or completely overwhelmed by emotions that feel bigger than they can manage. Our sessions provide a safe space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening in your mind. I work especially with people who feel stuck in patterns they cannot break, struggle with restlessness, perfectionism, or sensory overload, or find themselves masking how hard life feels. You might procrastinate until the last minute, feel overstimulated by people or noise, or lie awake at night worrying and unable to rest. Together, we explore what works for your mind and body, practicing strategies that help you sleep more peacefully, feel calmer, stay focused, and be more confident.
