I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, anger management, and relationship challenges. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care.
