Introduction

Do you feel other therapists don't get you? Are you feeling unheard or misunderstood? Let me listen. I offer compassionate and tailored care for diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodiverse clients, survivors of trauma, and anyone needing support navigating life’s challenges. I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which I integrate alongside mindfulness and skills‑based approaches to help clients process past experiences, manage intense emotions, and build practical coping strategies. I work with individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, anger management, and relationship challenges. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and are able to make meaningful, lasting changes.
