Introduction

Not sure where to start with therapy? It is okay to be unsure. There are many reasons to seek therapy all of which are valid. I am here to help. I believe that the client is the expert of their own life, and I can act as a guide to help you navigate the ups and downs. I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I am a trauma-focused therapist, but I also have experience treating clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, stress, relationships, neurodivergences, LGBTQ+, anger management, self-esteem, family issues, parenting challenges, and grief counseling. I create a supportive nonjudgmental space to explore and address emotional challenges caused by life stressors, relationship difficulties, mental health conditions, or traumatic experiences. I provide intersectional, client-centered therapy through a trauma-informed lens. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and am trained in both EMDR and DBT. I look forward to working with you.
