I’m Ryan Kelly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Accredit Therapy Solutions in Boise, Idaho. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, marriage and couples counseling using Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), and trauma and PTSD treatment using EMDR. My practice also supports people navigating anxiety, depression, complex mental health conditions, and major life transitions. We’ll work together to understand your concerns, build practical skills, and develop a treatment plan guided by your goals and readiness. LGBTQ+ individuals and couples are welcome in my practice. I offer a respectful, nonjudgmental space where your sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationships are respected. My background spans hospitals, forensic mental health, mobile crisis intervention, crisis respite care, and outpatient therapy. I work from a person-centered foundation, drawing on CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, EFCT, and Jungian-informed dream analysis when clinically appropriate. I value honesty, collaboration, and respect, with attention to both present-day symptoms and the deeper patterns affecting your life and relationships. Individual Therapy A collaborative space to work through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and persistent emotional or behavioral patterns. Sessions may focus on coping skills, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and changes that support everyday functioning. Marriage and Couples Counseling — EFCT Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy helps partners understand the negative cycles that leave them feeling disconnected. Together, we work toward clearer communication, greater emotional safety, and a stronger connection, with respect for each partner’s needs and well-being. Trauma and PTSD Treatment — EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can help address distress linked to traumatic experiences. Treatment begins with preparation and coping resources, followed by trauma processing when appropriate, at a pace guided by your readiness. Anxiety, Depression, and Complex Mental Health Conditions Individualized psychotherapy can support symptom management, emotional regulation, relationships, and daily functioning. My clinical experience includes mood disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and personality-related concerns. When appropriate and with your consent, care can be coordinated with other treating professionals.
