Through self-reflection, self-examination, and the use of the therapeutic relationship we form, we will focus not only on relieving immediate symptoms, but on seeking to understand root causes so that they might lead to growth rather than stagnation. I practice a long-term approach in which our timeline and goals will emerge and develop over the course of our work together. We will explore different aspects of your Self, unconscious material, patterns, dreams, and tensions to facilitate integration of your authentic Self which can benefit your relationships with others and yourself in many areas of life.
