People reach out to Ryan when they are struggling with panic attacks, trouble sleeping, and excessive rumination and worry about their work, how others see them, and how they see themselves. Ryan's approach is personable and down-to-earth while also grounded in solid clinical training. He helps his clients identify, understand, and change what they believe about themselves, other people, and life itself. He has helped many people become less anxious and more confident and empowered to live happier lives. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. He has completed advanced training and earned postgraduate certificates in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City. Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and New Jersey.
