I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults. I coached football at my alma mater, Newport Harbor, for five years, and during that time, I also ran an executive functioning business that supported high school students. I completed my LMFT internship while attending Pepperdine University at a local college in Irvine. I love helping others, which is what led me to become a therapist. Through my experiences coaching and running an executive functioning business, I realized I wanted to pursue a career in psychology. I am passionate about supporting people who are motivated to make meaningful changes in their lives and achieve their goals.
