In my 12+ years as a licensed psychologist, I have gained experience with a wide range of clients with struggles including mood or anxiety difficulties, recovery from major stress and trauma, phase of life or adjustment challenges, and various other concerns. Although therapy is not intended as a quick fix, as making changes with a strong foundation can take some time, taking the leap into therapy can have positive impacts both in the short- and long-term.
