Introduction

Hello and welcome to my practice! Here's a little bit about me below. My name is Ryan Warner and I have been working in the mental health field for the past five years, since 2021. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology (B.S.) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.Ed.) from Springfield College. I work with a wide range of populations and presenting problems and have a particular focus on trauma, ADHD management, Men's Issues, and gender/sexuality affirming care. I hope to provide an open space for you to feel comfortable sharing your world, identifying what you want to change about your life through counseling, and helping you work towards a healthier and better you. A client that would be a good fit for counseling with me might have these qualities: - Desiring a structured, goal-oriented approach to counseling. - Wanting to achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and how they relate to the world. - Welcomes being gently challenged by the clinician when appropriate. - Values the integration of mental wellbeing with physical and spiritual wellbeing and growth. - Curious to explore topics or interests that may have felt taboo or uncomfortable to discuss in other settings. - Appreciates humor and the benefits of this within a counseling space. Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile and I hope to hear from you. Best of luck on your counseling journey!
