Introduction

Ryliegh is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. She is committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges while developing greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and connection to their own strengths. She believes counseling is a collaborative process grounded in feeling safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Her approach is person-centered, psychodynamic, and integrative, allowing her to meet each client as an individual while exploring the deeper experiences, relationships, patterns, and emotions that may be shaping their lives. She works alongside clients to better understand themselves, recognize the strengths they already possess, and create meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable. During her clinical internship, Ryliegh gained experience working with children as young as five, adolescents, and adults in both an elementary school and a community mental health center. These experiences deepened her belief that meaningful counseling begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and a willingness to meet each person where they are. She strives to create a space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing greater insight, resilience, and a clearer sense of direction.
