At times, life’s stressors, challenges, and transitions can feel overwhelming. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand what you're experiencing and develop meaningful strategies for moving forward. In therapy, we’ll work together to draw on your strengths and develop strategies that support your growth, well-being, and ability to move through life with greater resilience and confidence. I bring over twenty years of experience providing counseling to adults in private practice and supporting young adults and their families in a medical setting. This experience has given me a broad perspective and deep understanding of the challenges individuals may face at different stages of life. I specialize in working with adults, including young adults, using a client-centered and strengths-based approach to counseling. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy, to tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs. I value the opportunity to collaborate with clients as they work toward greater emotional well-being. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism and neurodiversity, medical challenges, stress, and caregiver support. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you with empathy and understanding. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate space where your experiences are heard, your strengths are recognized, and your goals are prioritized. My aim is to help you create meaningful, lasting change and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. If you feel that we may be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
