Introduction

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance of honoring the intersecting identities and systemic influences that shape each person's journey. I am dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for clients to explore and navigate their lives. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to best meet the unique needs of each individual. My practice is rooted in multicultural and feminist perspectives, with an emphasis on person-centered therapy and relational-cultural therapy. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and I view my roles as a supportive guide to help them lead their fullest, most authentic lives. Collaboration, empathy, and genuine connection are at the heart of my work as I support clients in achieving their goals. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered.
