Have you ever felt caught between two worlds, never fully belonging to either? Maybe you know the quiet weight of being the only person who looks like you, the deep emotional overwhelm of processing life as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), or the exhaustion of balancing heavy cultural expectations with the pressure to fit in. For immigrants, children of immigrants, minority individuals, and people who feel deeply, these experiences can sometimes leave you feeling isolated, anxious, misunderstood, or unsure of where you belong. You may even find yourself hiding parts of who you are. As a first-generation South Asian American and the eldest daughter of immigrants, I understand how complicated it can feel to honor where you come from while also discovering who you are. Even if your voice, culture, sensitivity, or internal struggles don't fit into traditional boxes, your lived experience is valid and you don't have to navigate it alone. You deserve a space where you don't have to shrink or explain away your background just to be understood. I specialize in multiculturally competent care, anxiety, identity, life transitions, and relationship support (individual & couples). Using a trauma-informed lens, I integrate CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you break self-defeating patterns and gain practical coping skills. I also offer bilingual services in English and Hindi.
