Hi my name is Sabeen Bhimani and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and addiction recovery therapist whose work is deeply shaped by my own journey of growth and self-discovery. I know what it feels like to be stuck in your own mind—to overthink, feel overwhelmed, and wonder if things will ever feel manageable again. My journey through anxiety, depression, and personal loss has shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for my clients. In my own healing, I learned how to set boundaries, let go of codependent patterns, and accept emotions rather than fight them. I discovered that sensitivity can be a strength, and that peace comes from learning to live in the present—not in constant worry or pressure. As a therapist, I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding into the room. My work centers around empowering individuals particularly adults aged 25–60 and families navigating the complexities of recovery—to rediscover their potential and build meaningful, balanced lives. Grounded in a mission to help clients uncover their inner strengths, I hold deep respect for the resilience of those in recovery. Individuals who journey through addiction and sustained sobriety cultivate a level of self-awareness, grounding, and authenticity that deeply informs their capacity to live with purpose. Together we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more in control, and more connected to yourself and your life.
