I believe that therapy is an incredibly powerful tool which can help us understand the good, the bad, the happy, and the sad. I believe in creating a nurturing and supportive therapeutic relationship, which can allow for self-discovery, exploration, and healing. My goal is to look at life through clients’ eyes to offer new skills and empower them to face challenges & overcome obstacles. My approach to therapy is integrative – I believe in a person centered approach alongside Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
