I support individuals from all walks of life, with a special focus on working with BIPOC communities, particularly women of color, as they navigate the complexities of identity, trauma, and resilience. I recognize that mental health is shaped not only by our inner world, but also by the cultural, historical, and systemic forces that influence our lives. My approach to therapy is grounded in cultural humility, compassion, and presence. I do not see myself as the expert on your life—you are. I am here to walk alongside you, to listen with intention, and to support your journey back to your own strength, wisdom, and healing. Clinically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), while working relationally and at a pace that feels right for you. Our work together will center your voice, values, and lived experience. I view therapy as both a sacred space for reflection and a practical space for growth. It is a place where you can show up fully and be met with care, clarity, and respect. Whether you are moving through a difficult season, seeking deeper connection with yourself, or simply looking for more grounding, therapy can offer space for healing, restoration, and renewal. You do not have to carry it all on your own.
